IT Support Technician - Level 1
Computergate Asia is currently seeking an on-site level 1 Technician at Queenstown, Singapore.
Primary responsibilities include:
- IT Infrastructure field support which includes troubleshooting hardware, software, operating systems issues and problems fixing issues.
- Hands on experience in installing, troubleshooting and fixing desktops, printers, laptop and other computer peripheral hardware problems.
- Basic knowledge of enterprise LAN and WAN setups and concepts. Ability to perform smart hand activity under instruction based activities at sites.
- Support all the One Drive Access, Storage related issues.Skilled in deskside support and PC break/fix including basic administration of Windows O/S.
- Experience with Anti-spyware and Anti-virus Software.
Key selection criteria
- Industry accreditation and minimum of 2-3 years experience with IT related support.
- Associate Degree in Electronics and Comp TIA A+ Certification
- Previous exposure in remotely coordinating technical outcomes to the client
- Excellent communication & English skills (Fluent written & verbal a prerequisite)
- Excellent customer liaison ability and Professional presentation
- Self motivation, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work unsupervised with strong problem solving skills.
- Permanent Singapore Resident minimum or LOC holder
