1 Desktop Support Engineer

We are currently seeking for a casual Level 1 Desktop Support Engineer to provide high levels of customer satisfaction through service teams, remotely and on-site including responsibilities below:

Location - Hong Kong

Primary responsibilities include:

  • The Desktop Support Technician will assist in the delivery of service by providing dispatch, logistics, workshop and technical support, in-house & on-site.

Key selection criteria

  • Industry accreditation or minimum of 2 years’ experience with IT related support.
