Warranties and Maintenance renewals
Computergate provides a combined software licensing and renewal service. We can assist all Overland & Tandberg Customers to identify which software best suits their needs and assist with the registration and activation if required, ensuring the highest customer satisfaction.
Keeping your device supported is important. Computergate offers Warranty Renewal Service to keep your Support Agreements active and ensure you always have access to parts, service and upgrades when and where you need it.
We have a dedicated team to assist customers with Software Licensing and Warranty Renewals to answer general enquiries, thus ensuring customers cover is continuous. If you originally purchased service can be extended at the expiration of your original support package when the time comes.
Computergate can also provide an audit of all your current licensing & recommend an on-going management plan.
Installation Services & Extended Coverage
If required, Computergate can install your product at your location by a local technician.
We have a fixed fee service that will unpack, test and connect the product on your nominated device or network and ensure your users have access to the product.
The on-site extended warranty will cover Parts & or Labour, along with Helpdesk assistance during business hours. This now means that Overland users can have the peace of mind to know that they can now get telephone and onsite support service.
