Limited Warranty Cover

With Computergate, the EvolveIII standard In-Warranty devices will be covered by a 24 month Return to Service Centre Limited Warranty.

For devices that warranty has expired, void of warranty or service is requested that is other than repair, will be treated as Time and Materials and will be charged to the client for the repair, parts & return freight.
The warranty only covers technical hardware issues during the Warranty Period and in normal use conditions.

Computergate are specialists in EvolveIII and will deliver In-Warranty Return to Service Centre repairs. Initially this will be rolled out in the USA with the intent to extend this soon thereafter in a Global capacity.

Service Offerings

Together with Evolve III, Computergate is able to extend the 2-year return to Service Centre for an additional 1-year, for a full 3-year warranty. This will provide you with extended cover and the guarantee and ‘peace of mind’ that you will have your problem addressed and production back on-line, providing you the peace of mind that we will stand behind our products for many years after your purchase. Even if you do not extend your initial warranty cover, our Service Desk will still offer service, but delays may occur in obtaining parts. Our service and repair work are carried out using genuine EvolveIII parts and carry the full manufacturer’s warranty.
