Warranty Cover
With Computergate, the Panasonic standard In-Warranty devices will be covered by a 36 month Limited Warranty and repair at one of our Service Centers.
Your devices will be supported for any Hardware failures, repaired and returned to you at no cost during the warranty period.
For devices that warranty has expired, void of warranty or service is requested that is other than repair, will be treated as Chargeable and will be quoted prior to commencing the repair, the costs will include parts & return freight.
Computergate are specialists in repair services and is an Authorised Service Center for all Panasonic Toughbook devices.
